Partner Breach of Contract Cases Thursday, October 1, 2009In these hard times, I see more and more breaches of faith and fiduciary duties between business partners. Recenlty I was hired to represent a man who started a business with another individual. Just as many of these situations go, my client was the worker-bee and his partner was the money bag. All is cheery until the business starts making money. Then, once the "work" is done, the worker-bee is seen as less useful. And, shortly thereafter, he is of course forced out.
